REEDO® Water Repellent for Shower Enclosures>
The REEDO® Water Repellent glass protection system is an innovative, Nano technology protective barrier which is applied to most REEDO® shower enclosures and screens as standard.

The Problem with Untreated Glass
The surface of glass is not completely smooth; under a microscope glass has a rough surface of peaks and potholes. Water, lime scale and mineral salts can quickly build up in this uneven surface causing permanent staining and damage.
How REEDO® Water Repellent Works
REEDO® Water Repellent Nano- molecules chemically fuse with the surface of glass and acts as a long lasting protective barrier. The hydrophobic or repellent properties stop lime scale and other residue from bonding to the glass. It is completely transparent, non-hazardous and unlike traditional coating applications, REEDO® Water Repellent will never discolor, peel or crack.
Kinder to the Environment : Typically REEDO® Water Repellent reduces the frequency of cleaning by half. Just like ‘non-stick’ cookware, the maintenance of REEDO® Water Repellent protected glass does not require harsh and abrasive cleaning chemicals which can be expensive and damaging to the environment.
After care : REEDO® Water Repellent glass can be cleaned with any suitable nonabrasive glass cleaner; the coating will not be damaged. Avoid surfactants and heavily perfumed products. Vinegar and water based products are very effective. Do not use abrasive scrubbing cleaners or equipment for cleaning.
